Sponsorship terms & conditions

  • Sponsorship is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed sponsorship agreement form and full payment.
  • All sponsorship commitments are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the organiser.
  • Upon receipt of the completed sponsorship agreement form, the sponsor will receive an invoice and payment instructions. All invoices are payable within sixty (60) days of the invoice date or thirty (30) days before the conference, whichever occurs first.
  • All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) to the official organiser bank account.
  • The organiser reserves the right to adjust event formats (e.g., shift to hybrid or virtual) due to unforeseen circumstances, and sponsorship benefits will be adjusted accordingly.
