NCCM accepts Visa and MasterCard. Payment will be processed in MYR only.
- Telegraphic Transfer
Upon completing your registration, you will receive a notification email with a copy of the invoice. Bank details for telegraphic transfer will be provided in the invoice.
- E-Wallet
NCCM also supports payments via e-wallets for your convenience. Details and instructions for e-wallet payments will be provided during the registration process.
By registering for this event, you consent to allow NCCM to store and process the information submitted below and to provide you with information about this event in accordance to NCCM Privacy Policy; and accept the Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
1. Registration Fee
- Fee does not include accommodation.
- Registration of participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an acceptable employer’s letter of guarantee.
- NCCM reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event.
- Full fee is charged regardless of the length of time the participant attends the event and cannot be pro-rated.
2. Taxes
Fee are made free and clear of, and without any deduction or withholding for and on account of, any taxes, duties or other deductions. Any such deduction or withholding, if required by the laws of any country are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
3. Cancellation Policy
- A processing fee of RM 300.00 will be charged for cancellation received before 31 March 2025.
- No refund for cancellation received after 31 March 2025.
- Participants who failed to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation must be notified in writing to NCCM. Email your cancellation request to [email protected].
4. Health and Safety
- By participating in this event, participants agree to follow all health and safety measures implemented by NCCM, as required by law, to minimise the spread of communicable diseases. While NCCM will take preventative steps, participants acknowledge that there is no guarantee against exposure.
- Participants release NCCM and its team from any claims related to communicable diseases arising from event participation. All attendees are expected to comply with policies such as wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and adhering to government and venue regulations to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Participants who do not comply with the rules and guidelines will not be permitted to enter or remain in the event venue.
5. Disclaimer
- NCCM reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s) and/or to cancel the event should circumstance beyond its control arises.
- NCCM will not be liable to Participants for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by Participants as a result of or in relation to NCCM modifying, postponing or cancelling the event or any part of the event.
- NCCM reserves the right to qualify and set admission policies for all participants to ensure legitimate business and to ensure the safety of the event.
