Policies
The first author agrees to the policies below before submitting an abstract on behalf of all involved parties, and is responsible for informing all parties and adhering to them.
The contents and conclusions of the abstract cannot be published or presented at any scientific, medical or educational gathering before NCCM 2026, nor published (in whole or in part) before the abstract is made publicly available through the Scopus Indexed International Journal. As novelty is considered during selection, authors are encouraged to include updated data. Once formally submitted, an abstract cannot be amended, revised or resubmitted.
Once submitted, the abstract and relevant data are confidential. Authors are responsible for not publishing or distributing the content prior to presentation and the proceeding publication. The confidentiality policy is no longer in effect once the NCCM 2026 proceedings are published. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts determined to be unsuitable or non-compliant with these guidelines.
The first author is responsible for ensuring there are no undisclosed conflicts of interest among involved parties before submitting an abstract, and must obtain disclosure information from all co-authors using the Disclosure Form. All co-authors must meet the definition of authorship as stated by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors.
The NCCM 2026 Scientific Committee firmly states that the use of generative AI technologies (such as ChatGPT) in the production of abstract(s) is not permitted. AI-generated submissions will be rejected.
