All registration payments are processed securely through the ConnectExpo payment gateway. NCSM does not store your full card details or banking credentials on its servers. 5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share personal data only where necessary to deliver congress services — for example, with our abstract management platform (NCCM Opussoft), venue providers, and accreditation bodies for the purposes of CPD certification. All third-party processors are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Information submitted through the contact form is transmitted to the NCSM secretariat email and used solely for responding to your enquiry.
6. Data Retention
Registration and attendance records are retained for a period consistent with Malaysian accounting and legal requirements. Abstract submission data is retained for the duration of the congress review process and for post-congress archival purposes. Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.
